In June 2007, it was recognized as the "Provincial Emerging Research and Development Center of Huaji Pharmaceutical Intermediate" by Zhejiang Science and Technology Department. 
The R & D center has several departments including experimental research room, analysis room, production technology room, and reference room.The R & D center laboratory has first-class analysis and testing instruments such as high-pressure liquid chromatography, gas chromatograph, analytical balance, three-purpose UV instrument, micro melting point instrument, and polarimeter.
